How do I redeem my points?
Once you gain 300 points and upgrade to the Deluxe Suite, you can redeem your points as spendable discounts on future purchases. Make a purchase and take the actions in more ways to earn points to quickly upgrade and start using your points!

Do I keep my loyalty points if I return an item?
If you return any items, the points earned from those items will be deducted from your account to reflect the updated purchase total.

Do my rewards points expire?
Once you enter a Suite, you'll remain in that Suite for 12 months. If after 12 months you don't spend enough to retain your key to that Suite, you'll be downgraded to the one that matches your spend accrual within the last 12 months. So make sure to

You will receive your birthday reward one day prior to your birthday. If a customer enters a birthday within the next 30 days, their reward will be delayed until 30 days after the date of entry.

Where is my 10% welcome discount for signing up to the loyalty program?
You don’t receive a 10% discount for joining the loyalty program—that discount is actually for signing up to the email list, and it can be used on your first purchase. When you join the loyalty program, you’ll get 40 points to start you off.
Can I transfer my points between AUS and US sites?

Can I earn points on orders purchased with a gift card?
Orders paid with a gift card will not earn points. However, if only part of your order is paid using a gift card, you’ll earn points on the portion paid with another payment method.
What can I earn by signing up to the loyalty program?
As soon as you hit the Deluxe Suite you will start earning points for every dollar you spend. The higher the suite you’re in, the higher amount of points you receive per $1 spent, you can receive a $10, $20 or $50 voucher on future purchases pending
