We aim to have all orders placed before 3pm AEST shipped out same day ! 
This excludes orders containing PRE-ORDER items and busy periods. 

If you have ordered a Pre-order item your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item(s) arrives in stock, If you have purchased multiple items they will be shipped out once all items are in stock.

You will receive tracking via email once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
